Part Time Job for Summer 2020 (2 days: Saturdays and Mondays)

Office administration + Customer service + basic technical service (ENG, NL is optional)

Job description:

1. Office administration: Keeping the shop clean and organised. Taking care of incoming and outgoing post shipments. Arranging inventory.

2. Customer service: Answering telephone calls and e-mails. Thus basic technical knowledge about smartphones and computers is neccessary. Helping customers with taking in new orders, updating system and taking payments.

3. Technical: Basic experience with electronic repairs. Mostly we can teach you but you need to have the basics.

Skill set required: Friendly, polite, well-organised, reliable and a little bit technical. Fluent English is a must. Dutch is a plus.
